Bowling Green: Spent the 2008 and 2009 seasons at Bowling Green...played in two games in 2009 seeing action versus Troy and Boise State...BGSU was 7-6 in 2009 losing to Idaho in Roday's Humanitarian Bowl...redshirted in 2008.

High School: Second-team All-Ohio Division II selection as a senior in 2007...was named the co-Northeast District Division II co-Offensive Lineman of the Year...first-team all-district and All-Ohio Cardinal Conference pick...graded out at 96 percent...had 42 pancake blocks...was a two-way starter...played in the 2008 North-South Ohio All-Star Classic...was a captain as a senior...as a junior was a first-team All-OCC pick...as a sophomore was an honorable-mention all-district selection...coach was B.J. Payne...also competed in track and field.
