Youngstown State University

Tony Chiaro is in his third season with the Youngstown State football program and second as Assistant Athletic Director for Football Operations.

Chiaro assists in all day-to-day activities of the program including high school recruiting and transfer portal visits, housing, meals assistance and other logistics for the organization.

He previously served as the Director of Player Development for the Penguins.

He graduated from Youngstown State in December 2022. He worked as a student assistant for the football staff as an undergrad.
