Cole Peterson is in his first season as the Penguins' Director of Football Operations and Player Personnel.

Peterson previously served on the YSU staff for the past three seasons in a variety of roles.

Prior to joining the YSU staff, he volunteered with the UAB, Akron and Pitt football programs.

A 2017 graduate of Pine Richland High School, he earned his degree in communications from YSU in December 2021.
