2016 (Senior): Played in 27 games, 25 of which he started at catcher... Batted .206 but drew 17 walks to boost his on-base percentage to .409... Was 9-for-30 in Horizon League play for a .300 average, and his OBP against league opponents was .450... Missed all but one game of March with an injury... Had two hits in four games... Reached base safely in each of the first 10 games of the season.

2015 (Junior): Played in 42 games and started 35 at catcher... Batted .221 with 20 runs scored and nine RBIs... Walked 19 times while striking out just 15 times... Improved his batting average to .236 against Horizon League teams... Had six two-hit games, and three of them came in consecutive games in the series against Wright State to close out April...
