2021 (R-Junior): Made three appearances, all of which came out of the bullpen… Finished with a 0-0 record and an 8.10 ERA in 3.1 innings pitched… Struck out two batters while walking five… Opponents batted .167 against him… Did not allow a hit and recorded a season-high two strikeouts during a scoreless inning of relief against St. Bonaventure (3/21)… Pitched a season-high two innings in the second game of a doubleheader against Wright State (3/27)… Allowed one run on one hit in 0.1 innings of relief at UIC (5/2).
2020 (R-Sophomore): Made one relief appearance… Allowed two runs and walked a batter over 1.1 innings at College of Charleston (2/22).
2019 (R-Freshman): Made 19 relief appearances... Finished with a 1-0 record and a 5.97 ERA in 31.2 innings… Struck out 18 batters while walking eight… Ranked tied for fourth on the team with 19 appearances... Made eight appearances out of the bullpen in Horizon League play… Finished with a 3.86 ERA in 14 innings during league action… Recorded more than three outs in eight of his outings… Pitched at least two innings in seven of his appearances… Earned his win after tossing a scoreless inning against Kent State (4/3)… Allowed one earned run and struck out three batters over 3.2 innings at Bowling Green (3/26)… Registered a season-high four strikeouts over 4.1 innings at Penn State (4/9)… Allowed no runs and three hits over a season-high five innings vs. Milwaukee (5/16)... Retired 15 of the 18 batters he faced and did not issue a walk.
2018 (Freshman): Did not see action in any games... Redshirted.
High School: Earned three letters and was team captain one year… Batted .370 as a senior… Named First-Team All-North Coast League… Also played football for the Knights… Was a part of two OHSAA Division III State championships.
Personal: Parents are Steve and Jodi… Has two brothers (Dane and Jake)... Major is civil engineering.
