Youngstown State University

2024-25 (Junior):

• Named the women’s swimmer of the meet at the 2025 Horizon League Championships, becoming the first athlete in program history to win the award.
• Won the 1650 free title with a time of 16:40.80, while also finishing first in the 400 IM with a time of 4:18.91, which was her second consecutive year winning the event.
• Was also a part of the 800-free relay team that won the Horizon League title with a time of 7:20.87, the first relay team in program history to win a conference title.
• All three championship times set new school records for each event.
• Other notable finishes at the conference championships include a second-place finish in the 500 free with a personal-best time of 4:50.10, a fifth-place finish in the 200-free relay with a school-record time of 1:34.98, as well as a fifth-place finish in the 400-free relay with a school-record time of 3:27.12.
• Won 16 events across 11 meets throughout the season, with an astounding 41 top-three finishes altogether.
• Claimed victory in the 500 free five times, 200 free four times, 1650 free and 100 free twice each, and finished first in the 200 breaststroke and 200 butterfly once, with each victory being claimed at a dual vs. Denison.
• Finished second out of 108 swimmers at the 2024 CSCAA Open Water Championships at Florida International University, clocking a time of 1:06:40.41.
• Named to the Horizon League All-Academic Team and the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Teams.

2023-24 (Sophomore): 

• Won the Horizon League title in the 400 yard IM with a school-record time of 4:21.37.
• Became the first YSU women's swimmer to win an HL event since 2013.
• Finished second in the 500-yard freestyle at the Horizon League Championships, clocking a time of 4:54.13
• Captured second place in the 1650 freestyle at the HL Championships with a time of 16:56.27
• Placed sixth in the 400-yard IM at the Akron Zips Classic with a time of 4:32.92   
• Won the 500 yard freestyle with at the YSU vs Denison dual, clocking a time of 5:04.3
• Placed third in the 100 yard freestyle at the YSU vs. IUPUI dual with a time of 53.67.
• Won the 200 yard IM at the YSU vs IUPUI dual in a time of 2:12.01
• Finished first place in the 1000 yard freestyle with a time of 10:20.70 at the YSU vs IUPUI dual.
• Placed second in the 500 yard freestyle vs Niagara, in a time of 5:08.92

2022-23 (Freshman):

• Broke the 1650 free school record that had stood since 2014, clocking a record-time of 16:44.63 at the Horizon League Championships.
• Found the podium in three events at the HL Championships, becoming the first YSU woman since 2018 to finish runner-up at the HL meet, doing so in both the 500 and 1650 free with times of 4:53.48 and 16:44.63, respectively.
• Rounded out the top three in the 200 free at the HL Championships with a time of 1:50.82.
• Finished fourth at the CSCAA Open Water National Championships to qualify for nationals in the women’s 5k, clocking a 58:23.68.
• Placed second in the 500 and 1000 free against Oakland and IUPUI with times of 5:08.14 and 10:28.15, respectively; additionally, finished third in the 1650 free, clocking a 17:25.62 and was fifth in the 200 free with a time of 1:57.68.
• Was second in both the 500 and 1000 free against Duquesne and Niagara, clocking times of 5:06.80 and 10:32.79, respectively; placed fourth in the 200 free with a time of 1:59.10.
• Placed fourth in the 1650 free with a time of 17:12.95 at the Miami (OH) Invite; Was seventh in the 200 free, swimming a 1:52.97.
• Picked up three individual event victories in the 200, 500, and 1000 free against Cleveland State; clocked a 1:54.36 in the 200 free, 5:10.64 in the 500 free, and 10:47.13 in the 1000 free.
• Earned victories in both the 500 and 1000 free against Niagara and St. Francis (Pa.); finished 30 seconds ahead of the competition in the 1000 free with a time of 10:31.32 and clocked a 5:09.15 in the 500 free; additionally, placed third in the 100 breast, clocking a 1:08.21.
• Won the women’s 500 free at the Akron Zips Classic with a time of 4:57.71; placed second in the 1650 free, clocking a 17:13.11.

High School Accolades:

• 3x first-place finishes in 5km at Open Water Nationals (age group titles)
• Ninth-place finish in 10 km at European Juniors Open Water Championship in 2021
