HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years of varsity golf at North Catholic High School...two-time PIAA Class 2A champion...won the state title with a two-round 152 (76-76) as a sophomore and defended it with a 155 (77-78) as a junior...carded a 159 (82-77) to finish second at the state tournament as a freshman...won the WPIAL Class 2A girls individual championship with a score of 74 as a junior after finishing second during her freshman and sophomore seasons...recorded a nine-hole scoring average of 36 as a senior and recorded a low round of 70 in tournament play...invited to compete in the inaugural High School Golf National Championship, organized by the National High School Golf Association.
PERSONAL: Parents are Joseph and Jodi...major is exercise science/pre-physical therapy.

Why I chose YSU:Â I chose YSU because I wanted a school that had a good program for my major and a competitive golf team. I also love the campus and how comfortable I felt when visiting.
The best thing about Coach Miklos is: He is a fantastic coach, but also an amazing person who is very caring and compassionate.
The best thing about being a Penguin golfer:Â For starters, I love our mascot, but I also love how the team is always pushing me to get better.
The best thing about going to school at YSU is:Â The amazing staff, coaches, trainers and professors that there are.
