2015 (Senior) | Game-By-Game Stats: Made 26 appearances out of the bullpen, which tied for the second most on the team... Those 26 appearances tied for the eighth-most in a season in school history... Finished with a 1-2 record and five saves... Recorded a 4.78 ERA in 32 innings while striking out 23 batters and walking 26... The five saves ranked tied-for-sixth for a season in program history... His win and three of his saves came in conference play... Ranked fifth in the Horizon League in saves... Did not allow an earned run in 17 of his appearances... Was the winning pitcher against Oakland on May 1 as the Penguins won 6-5 in 11 innings... Held the Golden Grizzlies scoreless in 1.1 innings... Earned saves in three straight appearances from April 3-10... Two of his saves came over Wright State (4/10 and 4/26), and his other three came against Oakland (4/3), Canisius (4/7) and Kent State (4/15)... Pitched a season-high 2.2 innings of shutout relief against Milwaukee on March 14... Struck out two batters five times.

2014 (Junior) | Game-By-Game Stats: Pitched in 21 games, 20 of which he came in as a reliever… Finished with a 1-2 record and a save while posting a 5.50 ERA and 18 strikeouts in 34.1 innings… His ERA out of the bullpen was 4.01… Had a 6.23 ERA during the regular season against league teams… Appeared in two of the Penguins’ Horizon League Tournament games as a key stopper in middle relief... Pitched three innings in the Horizon League Championship game vs. Wright State (May 24)... Came on in the bottom of the fifth with one out and a runner on second and retired the two batters he faced to keep the game 2-1... Went on to pitch scoreless sixth and seventh innings and retired the first batter of the eighth before giving way to closer, Kevin Yarabinec… In the opening round of the tournament, he picked up the victory against Valparaiso pitching the fifth and sixth innings (May 21)... Came on with the Guins leading 2-1 and a runner on first base in the top of the fifth, and he retired the last three batters of the fifth and pitched a scoreless sixth… Did not allow an earned run in a 10.2 inning span from May 13 through May 30… Did not allow an earned run in eight of his final 10 appearances… Earned the save against Kent State when he pitched a scoreless seventh inning… His longest outing of the season was when he allowed one unearned run in 3.2 innings at UIC (April 5)… Struck out a season-high three batters in that game, as well as on May 13 versus Toledo…  Pitched more than an inning in 12 of his 20 relief appearances.

Los Angeles Harbor College: Selected to the Fall Classic sponsored by Mizuno… Coach was Art Lopez… As a sophomore, pitched in 30.1 innings over 14 games, four of which he started… Had a 5.04 ERA and struck out 15 batters… Had a 6.32 ERA in 15.2 innings as a freshman.

High School: Was 7-2 with a 2.68 ERA as a senior… Threw a no-hitter against Westchester as a senior… Named Second-Team All-Pioneer League in leading the team to the conference title… Selected to the senior all-star game… Also played basketball.

Personal: Parents are Joe and Gloria… Has a brother (Wesley)… Major is general studies.
