2015 (Junior): Played in 11 games as a defensive reserve and member of special teams...credited with 10 total tackles on the season with two solo and eight assisted stops...had a season-best three tackles at Southern Illinois...had a pass breakup against the Salukis...had two tackles against South Dakota and Illinois State...credited with single tackles against Missouri State and North Dakota State...earned his second letter.
2014 (Sophomore): Played in two games as a defensive reserve...saw action against Butler and Saint Francis (Pa.).
2013 (Freshman): Played in five games on special teams units...also saw time in the secondary against Duquesne and Illinois State...credited with four tackles on the year...had three stops at Indiana State and one against Illinois State...all three of his stops against the Sycamores came on kickoffs (two assists, one solo)...had tackle on defense in the fourth quarter vs. the Redbirds...earned his first letter.
HIGH SCHOOL: Suffered a broken foot, which hampered his senior season...injury came on play were he caught a pass as a wide receiver...returned to the lineup midway through the campaign...as a junior was a Florida Class 6A honorable-mention selection...had six interceptions on the campaign, including three in one game...South was 7-4 in 2011...advanced to the regional quarterfinals...coach was Grant Redhead...also played baseball.
