Youngstown, Ohio -- First pitch of the Youngstown State-Detroit Mercy softball game has been changed for a second time and is now slated for a 7 p.m. start due to rain in the forecast this afternoon.

The Penguins and Titans are scheduled to play a doubleheader, Saturday, March 21, at 1 p.m. at the YSU Softball Field.
