Cleveland, Ohio – Youngstown State quarterback Beau Brungard was named the Division I Football Championship Subdivision Athletics Directors Association (FCS ADA) 2025 Offensive Player of the Year the organization announced on Friday morning.
Brungard is the first-ever YSU player to be named to the FCS ADA All-America team which recognizes the top player by position in the FCS. This marks the 13th year in which the group has named an All-America squad.
Brungard, along with Furman's Joshua Stoneking, were recognized as the FCS Players of the Year by the organization. Brungard and Stoneking will be saluted during Monday evening's National Championship Game between MVFC member Illinois State and Montana State.
