A group of 18 student-athletes have each signed to continue their academic and baseball futures at Youngstown State University in 2025-26, YSU head coach Trevor Charpie announced on Thursday.

The group of newcomers includes 16 transfers and two true freshmen. This incoming group of student-athletes will join four additional true freshmen on the roster who signed to join the program last fall (Alex Jang, Bryce Palms, Braxton Prosser, Misael Uriepero).

Charpie on Newcomers: "With this group of newcomers, we were able to accomplish a lot of things. We were able to fill the holes left after having a few all-league players and the Horizon League Player of the Year graduate. We also revamped the pitching staff. With this group of incoming players, we believe we will improve in all facets while still building for the future. I am very proud of the work of our coaching staff and their endless efforts in recruiting."

UNC Greensboro: Did not see action in any games for the Spartans as a freshman in 2022 due to injury… Redshirted.
