Former Youngstown State offensive lineman Ryan Johnson signed an undrafted rookie free agent contract with the New England Patriots, the organization announced on Monday evening.
Johnson recently took part in New England's Rookie Mini Camp and was one of four players signed by the Patriots.
Johnson was a member of the program for three seasons and started 28 games over the course of his career. He started all 13 games at right guard during the 2023 season.
He and Bryce Oliver, who signed an undrafted free agent contract with the Tennessee Titans, will both participate in training camps later this summer.Â
