GREENVILLE, N.C. – Due to forecasted inclement weather in the area, Friday's (March 1) Purple-Gold Invitational schedule has been altered.

The Penguins and Saint Joseph's will now face off at 9 a.m. followed by the Hawks taking on Appalachian State at 11:15 a.m. Youngstown State will then play East Carolina at 1:30 p.m., and the Pirates will conclude the first day of the tournament  Appalachian State at 3:45 p.m.

The schedules for Saturday and Sunday remain unchanged at this time and admission is free all weekend for fans.

Game 1: Saint Joseph's vs. Youngstown State (9 a.m.)
Game 2: Appalachian State vs. Saint Joseph's (11:15 a.m.) *
Game 3: Youngstown State vs. East Carolina (1:30 p.m.) *
Game 4: Appalachian State vs. East Carolina (3:45 p.m.) *
