Youngstown State Head Football Coach Doug Phillips announced a talented group of signees for the Penguins' class of 2025 on Wednesday afternoon.
The class features a strong regional flare with additions from Ohio and Pennsylvania as well as a duo with Florida ties. The group is comprised of 11 offensive players and nine defensive players.
