Diving Set to Host Clarion in Final Home Meet on Saturday

The Youngstown State men's and women's diving programs will host Clarion at the Beeghly Natatorium on Saturday in their final home contest of the 2022-23 season.
The meet is scheduled to begin at noon.
Last Time Out
The diving squad was last in action on Friday and Saturday as they battled with Horizon League foes, Oakland and IUPUI, alongside the swimming programs.
Kayla Wrasman led the women's divers as she finished an impressive second in the three-meter dive with a score of 235.70. She was also fourth in the one-meter, scoring a 246.80.
Dasha Toth scored a 221.15 to round out the top five in the women's three-meter. Tess Weiskopf placed sixth in the one-meter with a score of 228.50.
Freshman Zachary Lao was YSU's top finisher in both the men's one-meter and three-meter dives, finishing fifth in both events. He scored a 249.75 in the three-meter and a 242.85 in the one-meter.
Cody Thill was sixth in both men's diving events, scoring a 236.40 in the three-meter and a 231.65 in the one-meter.

The swimming and diving programs will return to action together for a busy weekend as they take on Denison on Jan. 28 in Granville, OH and then compete at the Butler Invite in Fishers, Ind. on Jan. 29.
