The Youngstown State Athletic Ticket Office will begin selling tickets for the YSU football team's first-ever contest at Kentucky on Sept. 17 starting on Monday.

Members of the Penguin Club's Gridiron group will get the first chance to purchase tickets starting on Monday. Season-ticket holders, all remaining Penguin Club members, Football Alumni Group members and Bridge Builders Club members will have the option to buy tickets beginning on Wednesday. YSU students will get the opportunity to first buy tickets starting on Thursday. Tickets for the general public go on sale starting on Friday.

Tickets are $55 and will be located in the designated YSU section. Ticket office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Students will need a valid YSU ID and can purchase one ticket.

Kickoff for the contest at Kroger Field in Lexington, Ky., is set for Noon.

The final day for all YSU-UK ticket sales is August 26.

The Penguins open the 2022 season on Sept. 3 when they play host to Duquesne at Stambaugh Stadium. Tickets and Penguin Club memberships are available by reaching out the Athletic Ticket Office at (330) 941-1978.
