Kissimmee, Fla. -- Sophomore Casey Crozier entered the game in the bottom of the seventh with a no-out, bases-loaded jam with the potential winning run on second base, but did not allow a run and sealed a 3-2 win over Northern Colorado on Tuesday morning at the Rebel Games.

The Guins, who improve to 8-2, led 3-1 entering the bottom half of the seventh before Northern Colorado (9-10) rattled off four straight singles to cut the lead to 3-2 and had the bases loaded.

Crozier induced a force out at the plate for the first out and tagged out Northern Colorado's Erin Wilkinson at the plate when she attempted to score on a wild pitch. She struck out Mikayla Duffy to end the game and pick up her first save of the season.

Freshman Kayla Haslett pick up her third win of the season pitching 3.2 inning of relief and scattered six hits.

Senior Haley Thomas and junior Vicky Rumph each went 3-for-4 and Caroline Krombach scored twice.

The Guins banged out 11 total hits but left 10 runners stranded on base.

After the Bears scored in the bottom of the second to take a 1-0 lead, senior Jordan Ingalls singled home Krombach in the top of the third to give the Guins a tie the game at 1-1.

In the top of the fifth, Krombach singled, stole second and scored on a single through the left side by Rumph.

Samantha Snodgrass' RBI-single in the top of the seventh that scored Rumph, who led off the frame with a double, proved to be the game winner.

The Guins take on Lafayette and Fairfield, Wednesday, at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., respectively.
