2024 (Sophomore): Competed in two races during the season…Ran a season-best 5K time of 19:49 at the Joe Piane Invitational Open Race (10/4)…Clocked a 5K time of 20:49 at the YSU Alumni XC Meet (9/21).

2023 (Freshman): Competed in all six races on the season…Was the Penguins’ second-best finisher in the 6k at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, clocking a 23:06.1 (11/10)…Placed 39th at the Horizon League Championships with a 6k time of 23:05.3 (10/28)…Clocked a season-best time of 22:47.3 in the 6k at the Texas A&M Arturo Barrios Invitational (10/13)… Led YSU at the Bill Lennox Slippery Rock Invitational with a 12th-place finish in the 6k, running a time of 23:22 (10/7)…Clocked a 19:32.1 in the 5k at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (9/29)…Opened the season with a 6k time of 24:42.4 at the Penn State Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (9/8).

High School: Finished first at the Northwest Ohio Athletic League (NWOAL) Cross Country Championships with a 5k time of 18.56.12… Posted a personal best 5k time at the OHSAA D2 Northwest District Champions, clocking a 18:56.1, to finish third in the race… In track, finished 13th in the 1600m at the Ohio D2 State meet with a time of 5:11… Owns personal-best times of 2:31 in the 800m and 11:28 in the 3200m.

Personal: Is a 2024-25 recipient of the Joseph F. Malmisur Athletic Scholarship.
