2023 (Senior): Was a finalist for the Horizon League Volleyball Sportsmanship Award... Played in 38 sets over 14 matches, seven of which she started... Did not play from Sept. 2 until Oct. 20 due to an injury but still recorded 100 kills and 77 digs for the season... Averaged 2.63 kills per set and 2.03 digs per set... Improved to 2.83 kills and 2.35 digs per set against Horizon League opponents... Had 21 kills in the season opener against Canisius, which tied for the most by a Penguin during the season... Added an ace and a block assist for 22.5 points, which was the most by a YSU player in 2023... That was her first of three double-doubles on the campaign... In her first start after her injury, she registered 19 kills and 11 digs at Milwaukee (10/27)... Added a double-double with 10 kills and 10 digs in three sets the next day at Green Bay.
2022 (Junior): Named the program's teammate of the year in her first season as a Penguin… Appeared in 40 sets over 16 matches, 10 of which she started… Posted totals of 54 kills, five aces, 49 digs, five blocks and 61.5 points for averages of 1.35 kills, 0.13 aces, 1.23 digs, 0.13 blocks and 1.54 points per set… Averaged 1.39 kills, 1 dig and 0.13 blocks per set in Horizon League matches… Posted a career-high 10 kills in a sweep of Purdue Fort Wayne (10/1)… Registered a career-best 11 digs in a five-set victory over Robert Morris (10/7)… Reached nine kills twice, including against Green Bay in the quarterfinals of the Horizon League Volleyball Championship (11/18)… Also had nine kills and a career-best three aces in her 11-dig match against RMU.
Evansville: In the 2021 fall season, Moeller averaged 1.17 kills and hit at a .220 clip over 18 sets for the Purple Aces, who went 21-12 and advanced to the quarterfinals of the National Invitational Volleyball Championship… Evansville improved from six wins in the spring to 21 in the fall... In the spring of 2021, which was Moeller’s true freshman season, she appeared in all 20 matches for Evansville and played in 65 total sets… Averaged 0.95 kills, 0.46 digs and 0.40 blocks per set and made seven starts.
High School: Averaged 7.5 kills and five digs while helping her team win the IHSSA 2A Regionals as a senior… Was named the Sauk Valley Media Athlete of the Week.
Personal: Major is business psychology. Is the 2023-24 recipient of the Penguin Club- Joseph F. Malmisur Athletic Scholarship.
