YSU Athletics Hall of Fame Nomination Form
Youngstown State University is proud to announce an updated online nomination process for the Youngstown State Athletics Hall of Fame. The official induction ceremony and luncheon will be during basketball season (date TBD). Members are inducted in the YSU Athletics Hall of Fame every year.
Friends and supporters of Youngstown State University Athletics are encouraged to participate in the nomination. Once nominated for a first time, an individual is considered for a period of five years before he or she rolls off the ballot. Individuals can be re-nominated back onto the ballot.
The Youngstown State Athletics Hall of Fame inducted its first class in 1985 and has been celebrating the accomplishments of Penguin student-athletes ever since.

A VALID CONTACT PHONE NUMBER FOR YOUR NOMINEE (OR CLOSE CONTACT) MUST BE PROVIDED FOR THE PROCESS TO COUNT.
Basic Criteria: A time period of 10 years since the nominees last competition must have elapsed for a student-athlete to be eligible. Coaches, staff, and administrators are immediately eligible once their employment at YSU has ended.
