2022 (Freshman): Made three appearances…Named HLXC Freshman Runner of the Week on 9/13…Finished 59th at the Horizon League Championships with an 8k time of 26:50.7 (10/29)…Clocked a 5.2 mile time of 27:31.7 at the Penn State National Open (10/14)…Was YSU’s fourth-fastest finisher at the Penn State Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational with a time of 27:45.1 (9/9).
2021 (Redshirted): Made one appearance during the 2021 season...Posted an 8K time of 26:30 at the Slippery Rock Bill Lennox Invitational (10/9).
HIGH SCHOOL: Was the Butler County Runner of the Year, Alle-Kiski Valley Runner of the Year, WPIAL (District 7) cross country individual champion, PIAA State Medalist in cross country and track & field (1600m)...named an Adidas Indoor Nationals All-American and to the Pennsylvania All-State Indoor Team...holds Knoch High School records in five events (800m, 1600m, 3200m, 5000m, 5000m XC)...placed seventh in the mile at the Adidas Indoor Nationals...owns personal-best times of 4:16.11 in the mile, 9:18.98 in the 3200m and 15:12.64 in the 5000m.
