2014 (Sophomore): Competed in all seven meets...placed 24th at the Horizon league Cross Country Championship with a time of 25:57...took 20th in the Disney Cross Country Classic 8k with a time of 26:03.55...placed 23rd in the Duquesne Duals 8k with a time of 27:13.4...finished 24th at the Tommy Evans Invitational 6k with a time of 21:31.

2013 (Freshman): Competed in all eight meets…placed 32nd at the Horizon League Cross Country Championship with a time of 27:10.32…helped lead the Penguins to place second overall at the Horizon League Cross Country Championship…finished 29th in the Duquesne Duals 8k with a time of 28:16.5…ran 21:54 in the Tommy Evans Invitational to place 29th…placed 30th in the Disney World Cross Country Classic 8k with a time of 26:58.99..earned his first letter.

High School: Set the three-mile record at Liberty with a time of 15:59...was named NAC runner of the year in 2011 and 2012...as a senior at the All-American Conference Championship won the 3,200-meter run with a time of 10:14 and was fourth in the 1600m with  a time of 4:43...at the District Track and Field Championship finished third in the 3200m (10:05) and placed fifth in the 3200 meters with a time of 10:08...was an Academic All-Ohio selection in 2013 while finishing with a 3.967 GPA...earned four letters in cross country and was a two-time captain.
