2009 XC (Freshman): Ran a time of 20:38 to finish in 29th place at the Horizon League Championships ... scored in all five meets for the season ... ran a season-best 5k time of 19:52 in her collegiate debut at the Akron Quad Meet ... finish the event in 12th ... finished in 41st at the PSU Spiked Shoe Invitational with a time of 24:03 ... was the third-best finisher for the Penguins at the 6k Bowling Green Falcon Invitational with a time of 23:55 ... also ran a time of 21:24 at the All-Ohio Championships...earned her first letter.
High School: Was a 15-time letterwinner among cross country, track, basketball, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee at Kitsilano Secondary...set school records in the 3,000m (10:06), 1,500m (4:45), 800m (2:25), and 4x400m (4:30)...was a four time champion in the Vancouver cross country championships and in the 1,500m and 3,000m...was the Provincial champion in the steeplechase in 2008...also an 11-time Team All-Star at Kitsilano...won the Loma Mackenzie Award which is given to the top-athlete...won the Grand Aggregate Award four years for being the top-runner in Vancouver...finished third in 2006 and fifth in 2007 in the 3,000m at Nationals...was a member of the National Champion ultimate frisbee team in 2009...also a member of the team division National Champion in cross country at Nationals in 2007.
