Career Notes: Ended her career with the fourth-best attack percentage in school history (.258) and ranking fifth in total blocks per set (1.02)... Also ranked among the leaders in program history in career kills per set (11th), points per set (13th), block solos (15th), total blocks (16th), block assists (17th).

2016 (Senior) | Match-By-Match Stats: Named YSU's Best Offensive Player as she posted one of the top seasons by a middle in program history to close out her career... Played in all 110 sets... Led the team with 353 kills while adding 116 blocks, which was one shy of the team lead... Averaged 3.21 kills and 1.05 blocks per set with a .282 attack percentage for the year... Averaged 2.95 kills and 1.03 blocks per set versus league opponents... Became just the third player in program history to average at least 3.2 kills and one block per set in a season, joining Vickie Robinson (1999) and Ruth Boscaljon (2006 and 2009)... Had 125 more kills than she did as a junior... In the Horizon League, ranked fifth in kills, eighth in hitting percentage and ninth in blocks... Was the only player in the conference to rank in the top 10 in both hitting percentage and kills per set... Was named MVP of the Akron Invitational and was an all-tournament team selection at the Fort Wayne Invitational... Named the Horizon League Co-Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 12 after the Akron Invitational... Reached double digits in digs in 20 matches... Posted a career-high 22 kills to go along with eight blocks against Milwaukee (10/8)... Had 21 kills and nine blocks in a four-set win over Eastern Kentucky (9/9)... Tied her career high with 10 blocks against Valparaiso (10/29)... Had four solo blocks as part of a nine-block effort at Robert Morris (9/13)... Posted 12 kills in 15 attempts at Akron (9/10).

2015 (Junior) | Match-By-Match Stats: One of three players on the squad to play in all 114 sets and start all 31 matches... Ranked fourth in the Horizon League with 0.99 blocks per set... Posted 228 kills and 113 blocks for averages of 2.00 kills and 0.99 blocks during the season... Improved during Horizon League play to average 2.17 kills and 1.07 blocks... Reached double digits in kills seven times, including in three of the final four matches during the season... Had a season-high 12 kills four times... Had 12 kills in 23 attempts without committing an error in five sets at Milwaukee (10/23)... Hit .440 in a 12-kill effort at Toledo (8/29), and posted a .478 attack percentage with 12 kills in the season finale at UIC (11/14)... Had 10 blocks – one solo and nine assists - against Valparaiso on Oct. 17... Those 10 blocks tied for the second most by a conference player during the season... Posted nine blocks the match before against UIC (10/16)... Had at least five blocks nine times, including four straight during October... Had three digs twice.

Parkland College: Earned D-II NJCAA All-America honors twice and First-Team AVCA All-American accolades ... The Cobras were the national runners up twice, and they posted a 106-6 record with VanBeek as one of the top players in the nation... Led the country with a .483 hitting percentage as a sophomore, and she hit .459 as a freshman... Was fifth in the country in blocks per set (1.71) as a sophomore, and she was ninth (1.75) as a freshman... Averaged 3.21 kills per set as a sophomore and 2.09 as a freshman... Led the country in total blocks both years... Was named Parkland College's Co-Female Athlete of the Year in 2015... Named the Region 24 and Mid-West Athletic Conference Player of the Year as a sophomore... Was a two-time NJCAA national tournament team selection.

High School: Played volleyball for two years and was a team captain once... Received all-conference honors and was named to the All-Area second-team her senior year... Made the all-tournament team at three tournaments senior season... Received the leadership award and offense award as a seniors... Played club volleyball for Rockford Volleyball Club... Was selected to the All-Region team through the Windy City Power League in 2013.

Personal: Parents are Robert and Patricia... Has three brothers (Nick, Martin and Jase) and two sisters (Kate and Tara)... Major is general studies.
