2021-22 (Senior):

• Competed in the 100 back, 200 back, and 200 IM at the Horizon League Championships.
• Finished 12th in the 200 back at the Miami (OH) Invitational with a time of 2:11.10.
• Placed second in the 200 back against Valparaiso and Green Bay with a time of 2:12.54.
• Was second in the 200 back with a time of 2:15.75 against Gannon.
• Finished second in the 200 back against Cleveland State with a time of 2:14.92.

2020-21 (Junior): 

• Finished 18th in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:08.18 at the Horizon League Championships.
• Placed 18th in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:00.83 at the HL Championships.
• Competed in the 200-yard IM at the HL Championships.
• Finished sixth in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:04.15 against Gannon. 
• Placed second in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:14.51 against Gannon.
• Competed in the 200-yard freestyle relay against Gannon.
• Placed eleventh in the 200-yard backstroke at the Miami (OH) Invitational with a time of 2:12.39.
• Was 19th in the 100-yard backstroke at the Miami (OH) Invitational with a time of 1:01.92.
• Finished 22nd in the 200-yard IM at the Miami (OH) Invitational with a time of 2:18.09.

•  2019-20 (Sophomore): 

• Finished 21st at the Horizon League Championships in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:07.79.
• Placed 20th in the 400-yard IM with a time of 4:49.37.
• Also competed in the 200-yard IM.

2018-19 (Freshman):

• Finished 21st at the Horizon League Championships in the 400 IM with a time of 4:51.80.
• Swam a time of 1:01.76 in the 100-yard backstroke.
• Posted a time of 2:09.89 in the 200-yard backstroke.

High School/Club:

• Had a best time of 2:07.02 in the 100 freestyle and in the backstroke her best 100 is 1:04.02.
• Primary event was backstroke.
• Was part of Beavercreek's 400-yard freestyle relay that placed 23rd at the Division I Ohio meet in 2017.
• Coach was Chris Meleason.
• Competed for the Dayton Raiders Swim Club.

Personal:

• Parents are Kaye and Scott McCarthy.
• Has a brother and a sister.
• Major is nursing.
• Is a 2021-22 recipient of a Penguin Club Athletic Scholarship endowment.
