The Youngstown State men's tennis team will send five athletes to the Horizon League Individual Championships hosted in Nashville by Belmont this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Beaman Family Tennis Complex.
Representing YSU will be Matteo Ceradelli, Alexis Maulouet, Dominik Vonbank, Rafael Le Fur and Mihai Haita. Those five will be in action in singles while Vonbank and Ceradelli as well as Maulouet and Le Fur are in the doubles bracket.
The event will feature a 32-player Singles Draw and a 14-Team Doubles Draw, with the winner from both brackets earning an entry into the ITA Conference Masters Championship, which will be hosted Nov. 6-9 in San Diego, Calif.
Schools competing are Belmont, Southern Indiana, Tennessee State, IU Indy, Cleveland State and YSU.
