YSU Travels to Three-Day Viking Invitational

The Youngstown State women's tennis team is in action at the Viking Invitational this Friday through Sunday at the Medical Mutual Tennis Pavilion.
The Penguins will compete against Bowling Green, Duquesne and Cleveland State at the tournament.
Julia Marko has a team-best 10 singles wins and recently competed at the ITA Midwest Regionals. In her last appearance in Cleveland, she won the Horizon League's Individual Fall Singles Championship.
Lorena Cedeno won two matches in Cleveland and has four wins this fall. Lili Minich also picked up two wins at the HL event and has won four matches so far this fall. Yeseniia Ovcharova has won two matches in the fall tournament season.
On Friday, YSU faces Bowling Green in singles and Duquesne and Cleveland State in doubles. On Saturday, the Penguins face Duquesne in singles and CSU and Bowling Green. Youngstown State concludes the event with a singles contest against the Vikings on Sunday.
