The Youngstown State Athletics Department is pleased to invite YSU basketball fans to the Second Annual Trick-or-"Pete" at Penguins Madness presented by Flying Trees Academy on Wednesday, Oct. 30, at Zidian Family Arena at Beeghly Center.
The men's and women's basketball fan fest will run from 6-7:30 p.m. Come dressed in your best Halloween costume and Trick-or-Treat with the Penguins.Â
The event will also feature a dunk contest, a 3-point contest from both basketball teams, and two half-court shot opportunities for YSU students to win $500.
The first 100 YSU students receive free t-Shirts and both teams will sign autographs.
The Youngstown State basketball programs open the 2024-25 campaign with a doubleheader on Monday, Nov. 4. The YSU women's team hosts North Dakota at 5:30 p.m. while the men's team welcomes nearby Westminster at 7:35 p.m.
