Penguins Close Out Non-League Slate At Duquesne

The Youngstown State women's tennis team plays their final non-league dual contest of the season on Friday when they visit Duquesne. The match is set for 6 p.m. at the Alpha Tennis and Fitness Center of Pittsburgh.
The Penguins played a pair of matches last week in California. YSU dropped tough contests to Long Beach State and CSUN.
Winning a pair of singles contests for the Guins for Elisa Rigazio while Moka Ito picked up a win against LBSU. Ito and Cecilia Rosas are tied for the team lead in singles wins this year with four.
Last week, the Penguins welcomed Julia Marko back to the lineup. Marko made her spring debut at LBSU.
In the series against the Dukes, YSU has won the last three contests, including a 4-3 win last year.
YSU opens Horizon League play on April 1 when its plays host to Cleveland State.
