Ten members of the Youngstown State men's swimming and diving program will compete in the CSCAA National Invitational this Thursday through Saturday at the Elkhart Aquatics Center in Elkhart, Ind.
Represnting YSU in various events at the meet are Wilson Cannon, Rares Druga, Fabian Gines, Darren Laing, Brenden Reeves, Jasper Liekens, Aleksa Radenovic, Gavin Redden, Karan Raju and Gavin Webb.
Webb heads to the meet after winning the Horizon League Championship in the 1650 freestyle. In the 1650 free, Webb swam a 15:20.40 in his victory which bettered his school record by almost two seconds.
Radenovic was third in the 200 fly with a time of 1:46.19. Seven hundredths of a second separated him from first place.
Preliminary events begin each morning at 9:30 a.m. while finals are set to begin at 6 p.m.
