Penguins Head to ITA Midwest Regionals in Champaign

The Youngstown State men's tennis team is in action at the ITA Midwest Regionals starting on Thursday in Champaign, Ill., at the at the Atkins Tennis Center and the Dodds Tennis Center on the University of Illinois campus.
The tournament starts with the Round of 32 singles qualifiers on Thursday at 10 a.m. Eastern time, followed by the round of 16 qualifiers at 2:30 p.m. Action on Friday is also slated for a 10 a.m. Eastern start.
The Guins were last in action on Oct. 1-2 when they hosted the YSU Michael Morley Invitational at the YSU Tennis Center.
This fall, Will Everett and Harry Fouzas lead the team with four singles victories while Clement Mainguy, David Alvarez Moreno and Asier Pena Ibanez each own three singles wins. In doubles, Nathan Favier and Everett own a 4-2 mark.
