Penguins Set to Compete at Three-Day Miami (Ohio) Invitational

The Youngstown State men's and women's swimming and diving teams will travel to the Nixon Aquatic Center in Oxford to compete in the Miami Invitational starting on Thursday.
The women's and men's teams will compete against Miami in the three-day event. Preliminary rounds are set to start at 9 a.m. all three days with the finals following at 5 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and at 4 p.m on Saturday. Schools competing in the meet include Ashland, Grand Canyon, Miami and YSU.
This is the Penguins first meet since Nov. 6, when they hosted Niagara and Saint Francis in a tri-meet. The men's team beat Niagara, but the women's team came up short against Niagara and Saint Francis.
