Penguins Fall in Three Sets at Northern Kentucky

The Youngstown State volleyball team was swept at Northern Kentucky on Wednesday evening, falling 25-14, 25-17, 25-10 to the Norse.
Erin Kalahar led the Penguins with eight kills, and Sarah Varcolla added five to go along with four blocks. Margaux Thompson had a team-high nine digs.
Anna Brinkmann had 10 kills on a.474 attack percentage to lead Northern Kentucky. The Norse had 34 kills and hit .365 as a team while adding seven aces and seven blocks.
Youngstown State will host UIC on Senior Day on Sunday at 2 p.m.
