• Slocum is also just one of two NCAA Division I head coaches that are in their 40th year as a head coach. The other is Duke's Mike Krzyzewski.

• As of Dec. 3, Youngstown State Head Coach Jerry Slocum ranks third among active NCAA Division I coaches in games coached.
• Slocum, who has coached in 1,190 career games, is behind Duke's Mike Krzyzewski with 1,296 and Syracuse's Jim Boeheim with 1,274.
Keene Leads Nation
• With his 31 3-pointers made, sophomore Marcus Keene leads the nation in that category.
• He also ranks 14th nationally with 3.44 3-pointers made per game.
Cole Among Nation's Leaders
• Senior DJ Cole has been one of the most productive point guards in the country.
• Cole ranks third in the nation with 56 total assists and his 6.2 assists per game ranks 19th.
Keene on 20-Point Streak
• Marcus Keene scored at least 20 points for the fourth straight game with 24 against Robert Morris on Dec. 2.
• The last player to score at least 20 points in four straight games was Kendrick Perry in 2013-14.
• The last player to record 20 points in five straight games was Keston Roberts in 2006-07.
Guins Hit Season High in 3's
• The Penguins made a season-high 10 3-pointers in the 89-81 win over Robert Morris on Dec. 2.
• Over the last seven games, the Penguins have made 51 3-pointers for an average of 7.3 3-pointers made per game.
Hain Double the Trouble
• Junior Bobby Hain posted his third double-double of the season and the 12th of his career with a career-high 24 points and 14 rebounds against Robert Morris on Dec. 2.
• Hain's 14 boards are a Horizon League high and his 24 points marked his third 20-point performance of the year.
Keene Heating Up
• Sophomore Marcus Keene has been becoming Youngstown State's go-to player recently.
• Keene scored a career-high 29 points with five 3-pointers against Illinois State on Nov. 29.
• Keene hit the game-winning 3-pointer against UMKC on Nov. 26 and has scored at least 20 points in four of the last six games.
• Keene scored 21 against UMKC on Nov. 26, 28 against UNCG on Nov. 23 and 24 against Central Michigan on Nov. 18.
• Over the last seven games, Keene is averaging 21.3 points per game and has made 28 3-pointers.
Mr. 300
• With 12 assists against Longwood on Nov. 22, senior DJ Cole became the eighth player in school history to record at least 300 assists.
• Cole ranks seventh all-time with 324 assists and needs two more to move into sixth place.
• Cole also ranks fifth in career assists in YSU's Division I era.
