Carlisle's 15 Kills Not Enough in Volleyball's Loss at Butler

Indianapolis -- Youngstown State sophomore outside hitter Jackie Carlisle posted 18 kills as the Penguins lost in three sets at Butler on Saturday at Hinkle Fieldhouse.
Carlisle (Hubbard, Ohio) hit .257, and the Penguins recorded a .208 attack percentage as a team. Alexis Egler (Clarkston, Mich.) was next on the team with six kills.
Kelly Kyle had 16 kills for Butler, which had eight blocks as a team. The Bulldogs hit .304 behind a .333 percentage from Kyle. Belle Obert added nine kills, and Maureen Bamiro had seven kills and five block assists.
Youngstown State returns home to face Robert Morris on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
