Steve Pinciaro serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Finance and Business Operations. He took over the position in October 2021 after previously serving as the department's Business Manager for three years.

In his current capacity, Pinciaro spearheads the business operations of the athletic department while having oversight of the ticket office, the athletics concessions contract and the Pepsi contract. He is also the human resources liaison for the department.

In November 2023, he became the sport supervisor for the bowling program.

Previously he had served as the Coordinator of Athletic Business and Facilities for nearly six years, where he handled a variety of responsibilities for the department. He helped manage the day-to-day operations of all athletic facilities while assisting in event management. He oversaw travel requests by all staff members and worked with the University's purchasing system.

Pinciaro was a part-time employee in the Athletic Department and at the Andrews Wellness and Recreation Center and Student Programming prior to joining the Penguins on a full-time basis.

He earned his degree from YSU in Business Administration in 2011.
