Emily Leclerc joined the Youngstown State Sports Medicine staff in June 2026 as a staff athletic trainer. She works primarily with the Penguins football and softball teams.

Leclerc received her Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Mercyhurst University in 2025. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Athletic Training from Mercyhurst University in 2026.

Leclerc's professional interests include student-athlete mental health and injury prevention.
