Youngstown State University

Cassidy Nicholson joined the Youngstown State Department of Intercollegiate Athletics on May 2024 as the Coordinator of Athletic Business Operations.

Nicholson is a Youngstown State graduate who moved across campus after serving as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President and General Counsel in Tod Hall. She started at YSU in her previous role in December 2021.

Before joining her alma mater, Nicholson spent six years working for the Cafaro Company in Niles, Ohio. She began as an administrative assistant and progressed into senior lease administrator and data analyst roles.

Nicholson earned her bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Youngstown State in 2011. She is currently working toward her Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership at the university.
