2024 Outdoor: Ran a personal best of 14:59.68 in the 5000m at the Harrison Dillard Twilight...had a career-best time of 32:20.23 in the 10,000m at the William & Mary Colonial Relays...competed in four events.

2024 Indoor: Ran a personal best of 15:08.40 in the 5,000m at the Boston University Terrier Classic...finished 10th in the mile with a 4:23.80 at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational...earned a 3,000m personal best of 8:67.07 at the SPIRE Indoor Games...competed in four events.
