High School: As a senior, finished third in the shot put and fifth in the discus at the OHSAA Division 2 Outdoor championships...had a throw of 40-10.25 in the shot and 128-9 in the discus at the meet...won the Region 9 shot put title with a personal-best throw of 42-11...finished third in the discus at the Region meet with a toss of 125-7...won eight shot put events and five discus events in final year...as a junior, placed 15th in the shot put at the Division 2 meet...finished fourth in the district and region meets in the shot...finished second at districts and placed 11th at regionals in the discus...during sophomore year, was sixth at districts in the shot put and the discus...placed 10th in the shot as a freshman at districts.
