2022-23 (Junior):

• Competed in the 50 free and 100 breast at the Akron Zips Classic, clocking a 26.44 and 1:11.59, respectively.

2021-22 (Sophomore):

• Competed in the 100 breast, 200 breast, and 200 IM at the Horizon League Championships.
• Finished 11th in the 200 breast at the Miami (OH) Invitational with a time of 2:29.87.
• Competed in the 200 free, 200 medley, and 400 medley relays at the Miami (OH) Invitational.

2020-21 (Freshman)

• Finished 14th in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:25.06 at the Horizon League Championships.
• Placed 15th in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:06.22 at the HL Championships.
• Finished 27th in the 200-yard IM with a time of 2:14.05 at the HL Championships.
• Competed in the 200-yard breaststroke against Gannon.
• Placed 12th in the 200-yard breaststroke at the Miami (OH) Invitational with a time of 2:20.01.
• Was 14th in the 100-yard breaststroke at the Miami (OH) Invitational with a time of 1:09.27.
• Finished 21st in the 200-yard IM at the Miami (OH) Invitational with a time of 2:17.96.
• Competed in the 200-yard and 400-yard freestyle relays and the 200-yard medley relay at the Miami (OH) Invitational. 

High School:

• Standout breaststroke swimmer.
• Had a top time of 1:05.41 in the 100 and 2:25.37 in the 200.
• Was a two-time Division II state qualifier.
• Named conference swimmer of the year on three occasions.
• Set nine school records and six conferenece records.
• Was the Wooster Swimmer of the Year in 2019.
• Coach was Anthony Russo.
• Was a member of the Ohio State Swim Club.

Personal: Parents are Luke and Lisa Sage...has a brother...academic interest is exercise science.
