Biography

2013 Outdoor (Freshman): Finished third in the pole vault at the Horizon League Championships clearing the bar at personal-best 4.30 meters.

2012-13 Indoor (Freshman): Placed fourth in pole vault clearing a personal-best height of 4.31 meters at the Horizon League Championships.

High School: Earned four letters...cleared 14 feet in the pole vault...two-time district champion in the pole vault...team was two-time Mid-State League champions...also was a four-year letterman in football...graduated with honors.

Personal: Son on Craig and Brenda Mathias...has a sister...birthday is March 4...majoring in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
