2012 (Junior): Competed in the first two events of the year...placed 40th at the Duquesne Duals with a time of 29:55...was 40th at the Tommy Evans Invitational posting a time of 24:15...earned his second letter.

2011 (Junior): Redshirted...competed in track and field, but did not run cross country.

2010 (Sophomore): Ran track and field, but did not run cross country.

2009 (Freshman): Ran an 8k time of 30:46 to finish 96th at the Horizon League Championships ... also ran as a dispatcher in two other events for the Penguins ... finished with an 8k time of 29:43 to take 170th at the Bowling Green Falcon Invite ... also ran a four mile time of 23:08 to finish 52nd at Kent State...earned his first letter.

High School: Was a four-year letterwinner in track and cross country... holds the ITCL Conference and Labrae track records in the mile ... named to the All-Conference squad in track all four years ... also named all-county four times in cross country ... qualified for State in cross country four years and once in track ... was a member of the ITCL Conference Championship teams every year in track and cross country ... was the cross country State runner-up in 2007... finished third at the State cross country meet in 2006 and 2008 ... coach was Chris Rupe ... also played basketball at McDonald ... named All-Ohio in his junior and senior seasons ... team compiled a 64-7 varsity team record over three years.

Personal: Parents are Denise and Lou Ronghi ... has two brothers (Ryan and Lou) ... major is middle childhood education.
