Hospitality Tents at YSU Football
Host your next company outing, business mixer, church event, alumni gathering or family party at a YSU football game in the M-72 tailgate lot. Hospitality tents range in size from 20'x20', 20'x30' and 20'x40'. You can also rent tables and chairs for your outing. You also receive a group discount in game tickets and parking passes.

Each tent reservation includes:
- Hospitality tent with two 8-foot long tables and trash containers
- Additional tables are $12 each, and chairs are $2 each (must be ordered in advance)
- Two gameday tailgate passes in the M-72 Penguin Party Lot
- Gameday beer delivery (pre-paid form)
- Gameday ice delivery (pre-paid form)

Schedule
Noon kickoff: Tent area opens at 8 a.m.
2 p.m. kickoff: Tent area opens at 8 a.m.
6 p.m. kickoff: Tent area opens at noon (exception - 2 p.m. for Aug. 27 game)

Tent Guidelines
- The Hospitality Tent Lot (M-72) closes at kickoff
- Electricity and water are NOT available to tent holders
- Charcoal must be discarded in provided metal containers near restrooms
- Catering vehicles must have a valid tailgate pass to park in the lot
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages and ice must be ordered through the YSU Athletic Department in advance and paid for at least one week prior to your outing. Additional bags of ice are available for purchase in the tailgate lot on game day. You are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the tailgate lots.
