2011 XC (R-Freshman): Placed 43rd at the Akron Quad with a time of 30:25 in the 8k event...earned his first letter.

2010 XC (Freshman): Redshirted.

High School: Earned four letters in track...set high school records for the 110m hurdles and the 300m hurdles (38.22)...named to the All-Delco Track and Field team from 2008-2010...coach was James Wharton..graduated with distinguished honors.

Personal: Born May 16, 1991...son of Yvonne Mitchell and Rodney Solomon...has eight sisters...academic interest is integrated social studies.
