2013 Outdoor (R-Freshman): Finished fourth in the 10,000-meter run at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 32:12.31...placed eighth in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:34.32 at the HL meet...posted an impressive season-best time of 15:05.46 in the 5,000m at the prestigious Penn Relays...had a best time of 4:07.20 in the 1,500-meter run in the Northeast Ohio Invitational...best time in the 10,000m was 31:46.86 at the Sea Ray Relays.

High School: Was a four-time letter winner in track and cross country...set school record in the 1600m (4:20) and the 3200m (9:28.16)...qualified for State competition four times in cross country and three times in track...finished third at the 2009 State cross country championships in a time of 16:17.17...won the 3200m at the 2009 track and field State championships...named to the All-Ohio Cross Country team four times...named to the All-Ohio Track team five times...track team won the 2009 State title, was four-time conference and District champions, and was two-time Regional champions..earned the OHSAA State Farm Scholar Athlete award...coach was Kevin Gorby...was also in the National Honor Society and the Eagle Scouts.
