The Youngstown State men's tennis team earned the Horizon League's 2025-26 Raise Your Sights award, the conference announced on Tuesday.

The honor is given annually to the top academic men's and women's team in the Horizon League, based on combined grade point average (GPA) from the current academic year. The top academic men's and women's teams from each of our member institutions are also recognized by the Horizon League.

Joining the YSU men's tennis team as the top women's program was the Green Bay women's golf program which led the Horizon League with a 3.96 GPA for the academic year.

Youngstown State advanced to the Horizon League Championship match for the second time in program history during the 2025-26 campaign.

Ten different League sports were represented on the list of school winners with men's golf and women's soccer leading the League with four programs each receiving recognition.
