For the second time this season, Alexis Maulouet was named the Under Armour #HLTennis Men's Singles Player of the Week.

Competing at No. 1 singles over the weekend, Maulouet secured a three-set victory that gave YSU the lead, which it maintained in a 5-2 win over IU Indy. The following day, he posted a 6-3, 7-5 victory over Northern Kentucky on his Senior Day, helping propel the team to a 7-0 sweep and clinch the Horizon League North Division title.

In league play, Maulouet holds a 3-1 record in singles at the No.1 singles position.

Maulouet and the Penguins return to the court for their final regular-season matchup against Cleveland State on Friday. First serve is set for 6 p.m. at the YSU Indoor Tennis Center.
