The Youngstown State women's tennis team swept the Horizon League's Under Armour weekly honors following a pair of victories last week, the conference announced on Wednesday.
YSU's Hanna Telzynska was named the singles player of the week. It marks the second time this year that she has been named the singles player of the week. Telzynska and Yoana Dudova claimed the Doubles team of the week honor. It marks the third time this year that the duo has been named doubles players of the week.
Last week, Telzynska went 2-0 at No. 1 singles helping lead the Penguins to two home wins. Against St. Bonaventure, she earned a 6-3, 6-2 victory. Against Mercyhurst, she picked up a 6-4, 6-2 victory.
